The streets of Kiev are beautiful but hard on the feet if you spend the day walking them.

In Paris (airport) reading the news on election results and possible riots in Kiev. We are wondering if we are making a mistake coming to Ukraine in the middle of such horrible political problems.

This is at the Port of Odessa on the Black Sea in Ukraine. I have no idea what the intended meaning is, but it is very Russian looking.

In this small town most man hole covers are missing. People take them and sell them as scrap metal. Drivers have to be very careful as they drive so they don't hit the open holes. Some are in the middle of sidewalks and grassy parks so pedestrains also have to be alert.
