We spotted this Sea Hare which is actually just a giant sea slug. I wasn't about to handle it but Jessica had no problem.
The Sea Hare generally releases purple ink like an octopus when disturbed. Jessica didn't seem to present a threat.
There are hundreds if not thousands of crabs in every crack and crevice around the tide pools.
An hour earlier the water didn't even reach this rock Sean is standing on. The waves were 100 feet or more out.
The tide pools are completely under water now. We are just enjoying the sea breeze and mist.
