This is a collection of my personal favorites - photos I've shot over the past few years for themes & challenges to vacations to hiking and camping in the mountains. Mostly opportunities just to get out into nature and enjoy the beauty that surrounds us all.

Kirk > 12/30 - You can see that even though we were wet and cold we still had a great time.
Kirk > 12/30 - One last group shot with everyone's snowboards and Jessica with her skis. I skied also. I gave up snowboarding after breaking my tailbone many years ago.
Kirk > 12/26 - The temple is on the right and the Joseph Smith movie was shown in the building to the left. The building is called the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. Originally it was the Hotel Utah.

Kirk > DAY 12 - I took Sonja for a drive up Provo Canyon. Our first stop was Bridal Veil Falls. There were at least 5 ice climbers on the falls. This guy looked like he was climbing solo.

Kirk > The waters of Bear Lake are crystal clear and in June they were very cold. the water was fun but at 50 degrees you didn't stay in very long.
Kirk > The cabin is in a wonderful mountain forest at about 8,500 feet. We love going here.
Kirk > The wild flowers were spectacular.
